Refund Policy

Our approach to refunds and returns for digital training products, including applicable consumer rights.

Effective date:9 October 2026
The exact legal selling entity, registered business address, contact details and jurisdiction-specific terms will be inserted before go-live, once approved. The summaries below outline the intended approach and are not yet final legal advice.

Joey Hidalgo offers digital training programs, educational resources, templates and other online services for construction professionals.

Digital product purchases

Because our digital products provide access to educational materials and downloadable or online resources, we generally do not offer refunds for a change of mind once access has been provided, unless a different refund arrangement is expressly stated at checkout.

However, this policy does not exclude, restrict or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.

If a product is faulty, materially different from its description, not delivered as agreed or does not meet applicable consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy, including a refund where required by law.

Training outcomes

Our courses provide education, practical methods and resources. We do not guarantee that purchasing or completing a program will result in employment, clients, contracts, business revenue or financial success. Actual results depend on your skills, experience, circumstances and implementation.

Requesting assistance or a refund

If you experience a problem with your purchase, payment or course access, please contact support and include your name, purchase email, order reference and a description of the issue.

We will review your request in accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws and the terms of your purchase. The confirmed support email address is pending approval and will be inserted before go-live.

Subscription services

Optional subscriptions, including Customer Acquisition Hub, have separate recurring billing, cancellation and service terms that will be disclosed before purchase. Cancelling a subscription generally stops future renewals according to its published terms. It does not remove any statutory refund rights.
